HFT Studio LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), doing business as HFT Labs, operates a web-based interface for decentralized trading (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.
We collect the following categories of information when you use the Service:
Wallet Addresses: When you connect a wallet or create an embedded wallet through Coinbase, we collect your blockchain wallet address(es) to facilitate transactions and identify your account within the Service.
Email Addresses: We collect your email address when you create an account through Coinbase embedded wallets. This is used for account identification and essential communications about the Service.
We do not collect additional personal information such as your name, phone number, or physical address.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
Providing and maintaining the Service, including processing transactions and managing your account.
Communicating with you about the Service, including service updates and security alerts.
Complying with legal obligations, including anti-money laundering and sanctions requirements.
Protecting the security and integrity of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party services that may receive or process your information in connection with providing their services to us:
Coinbase CDP Platform: Provides embedded wallet functionality. Your email and wallet addresses are processed through Coinbase to create and manage wallets. Coinbase's privacy policy governs their handling of your data.
0x: Provides trading and swap infrastructure. Wallet addresses and transaction data may be shared with 0x to execute trades.
Vercel: Hosts the Service. Standard server logs (IP addresses, browser information) may be collected by Vercel as part of hosting.
AWS: Provides cloud infrastructure. Data is stored and processed on AWS servers.
Supabase: Provides database services. Your email and wallet addresses are stored using Supabase.
Each third-party service operates under its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review their respective policies.
Blockchain transactions are public by nature. Any transaction you initiate through the Service will be recorded on the applicable blockchain and is visible to anyone. We have no ability to delete or modify blockchain data.
We retain your email and wallet address information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We may also retain information as required by law or to resolve disputes. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

The Service may use essential cookies required for the website to function. We do not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking purposes. Hosting providers such as Vercel may collect standard server logs.
The Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 18, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
